We stayed in juniper. The porch over looked a pasture with longhorn and birds and was very relaxing. It is a shared porch but our neighbors were never out there. It was very clean and the shower was big. It has 2 beds upstairs but these stairs are not be usable. Needs to be a vet sure footed individual. The need downstairs is next to the kitchen in the living space. Has bar with 4 chairs and no couch. We found it comfortable because there was just us. Only 2 pillows per bed. No condioner. But they did privide coffee filters and salt/pepper and hair dryer upon request. 2 burner cooktop, tiny fridge and grill on porch. Where we parked wasn't very sightly. The people were friendly and helpful.
Great little place that get's the most out of its small size. We had a small patio area with a picnic table, chairs and we made full use of the corn hole arena they created. Extremely friendly owners and managers. The space itself is very nice and while the futon was a bit challenging, everything was clean and it has all that you need.
Tiny house for a grand adventure. This tiny home sleeps 3, It's exactly what was needed for a busy 2.5 day adventures into Palo Duro Canyon which is within walking distance from this House. Quite, nestled among a busy road to beauty! This is my first visit of many years to come.
Well maintained, clean cabin. Sand pits with fossils - children loved! Lights at night - very cozy. Outdoor games! So close to the Palo Duro Canyon!

My family stayed here to go mountain biking in the canyon. We found the accommodations to be adequate and the operators to be friendly. Our cabin had a tight shower and tight kitchenette, but they had propane grills outside for us to use also. The beds and seating were in good shape. There wasn't much space for our family to eat meals inside, so we tended to picnic outside. These are not complaints, it is information so folks don't sent hoping for a large house like accommodations. AC worked great which is important since we were there in June. They had plenty of family games in the cabin for us to play when we were hiding from the 100+ temps during midday. We were not looking for anything too fancy because we were there for the Canyon. We will definitely book here again when coming this way. I really appreciated the propane grills!
Quaint efficiency cabin very close to Palo Duro Canyon. Affordable & very clean. Note on planning: No stovetop, but has a microwave. An outside grill was available too.
